He got his start in a 'real' business when he purchased an auto repair company at the ripe old age of 23 and had to transform it from a struggling one man show into a multi-million dollar organization. Having used direct-response marketing to develop a “cult-like following of raving fans”, Bob’s small team boasts the profitability of 2 repair shops of similar size combined. With his strong online presence, marketing initiatives, and his unique ability to be incredibly connected with his customers – Bob has “blown the doors off” his competitors. in 2014 he sold his auto repair company to focus on his newly discovered passion, helping OTHER business owners achieve wealth and freedom.
In 2005, Bob founded Publicity Results to share his secrets of driving an avalanche of customers without spending a dime – through free exposure in newspapers, television and radio. Every month, thousands of Bob’s newsletter subscribers implement his techniques to build a great reputation within their communities and generate new business.
In 2008, a dear friend of Bob’s requested his help to “fix” his struggling computer repair business. After quickly learning the business – Bob created an instant cash surge, developed the means to tap and endless supply of “Grade-A” customers, and discovered a 7-step process for explosive growth in the industry. With the help of a new partner, Bob co-founded Computer Service Profits and began spreading this new found wealth with other business owners.
As if managing three companies with explosive growth wasn’t enough – Bob closed out 2009 by launching Infusion Coaching Group – specifically geared towards the “hardcore entrepreneur” seeking “double sales guaranteed”. In this capacity, Bob works hands-on with other business owners to completely automate their marketing efforts to achieve incredible results – on a consistent basis. Equally important, he shares his techniques and tools to automate daily operations to minimize expenses and avoid the “human factor” keeping most businesses down. As time went on, this business became MAG (Marketing Automation Group), this business is now THE place for business owners and on-line marketers alike to get a massive boost in their sales and marketing efforts.

At the age of 48, Bob no longer turns a wrench or “lives to work”.
